Most time-efficient WOD?

So today I was under time constraints and was happy to try the Crossfit Endurance WOD of 20 sets of 10 seconds on, 5 seconds off at max intensity.  I hopped in the single scull and decided to implement this as 20 5-stroke starting sequences of 1/2, 1/2, 3/4, 3/4, full strokes at 38-42 strokes per minute and a 1:45-1:47 pace.  This is possible the most time-efficient WOD ever.  It took me less than 15 minutes end-to-end including warmup and cooldown.  There was another guy who was about to launch his boat, and I launched, did the workout, and landed my boat before he even got on the water.  My muscles were burning – this workout actually delivers 100 max-intensity strokes, which is more than most other workouts.
